Ramesh Ruben Louis
Ramesh Ruben Louis has 15 years of working experience. He is a member of MIA, MICPA as well as a Certified Financial Planner. He started his career in Arthur Andersen, and subsequently moved over to BDO Binder. He also has experience in corporate finance whilst attached to Southern Investment Bank Berhad. He was also the Executive Director of training for an internationally affiliated professional practice in Malaysia for several years. Ramesh was instrumental in pioneering the first of its kind, online resource portal for public practitioners in Malaysia in 2008. He is currently the Principal Trainer for MyLearning Training Resources and also provides consulting and advisory services for businesses and public practices in accounting, auditing, corporate finance and risk management across Asia Pacific.
His experience in auditing and risk management ranges from large public listed companies to multinational corporations, government agencies as well as SME’s in a spectrum of industries including plantation, property development, manufacturing, trading, IT, shipping, retailing, etc. Besides that, Ramesh also has hands-on experience on other corporate exercises such as due diligence, IPO’s, issuance of bonds, corporate & debt restructuring and investigative audit.

He has facilitated training for public accountants across Asia Pacific, multinationals such as Ericsson and public sector institutions such as the Auditor General’s Department of Malaysia and Brunei as well as the Ministry of Primary Resources & Industries of Brunei.

Yung Chuen Seng
Chuen Seng YUNG has over 35 years of working experience in auditing, financial accounting, treasury functions, administration, general management, lecturing and corporate training. He started his career in a big four audit firm as an articled student and graduated as an accountant. Thereafter, he assumed positions of Accountant, Finance and Administration Manager, General Manager and Executive Director in various business sectors, including financial, retailing, distribution, healthcare and multi-level marketing.
He is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Malaysian Institute of Accountants and is also a Certified Professional Trainer accredited by the International Professional Managers Association, UK.
He is currently an associate consultant and a free-lance trainer. Among the programmes he has developed and trained on are on areas covering auditing, budgeting, practical accounting skills, finance for non-finance personnel, supervisory and management skills, teambuilding cum leadership workshops and communication skills. |

He also coaches and mentors individuals who wish to become trainers besides lecturing in the subject of Auditing and Assurance Services at an international college and UTAR. His other attributes include organising events and acting as master –of ceremonies for various functions. He has also given talks to the public on the topics of “Adding a Quotient of Fun to Management”, and “Wellness and Harmony”.
He is an experienced and enthusiastic trainer and has trained for various accounting associations, training and event organisers, multi-national and local companies. He has also lectured on the subject of auditing for ACCA students for several established and renowned colleges on a part-time basis and was an independent non-executive director on the board of a public listed company (A.C.E.).

Ng Yong Hooi
Ng Yong Hooi holds an Honours Degree in Social Science from Universiti Sains Malaysia, with a major in Economics and minor in Management studies.
She has 17 years of experience in the corporate sector with exposure in service quality measurement, process and service improvement, sales and people development. Her training experience in the corporate environment spans more than 7 years, educating individuals from reputable organizations such as OCBC Bank, Public Bank, Maybank, AmBank, iCimb, Astro, iPerintis, Infineon Technologies, Taiyo Yuden (Sarawak), TNB Remaco, EPF and Cyberview to name a few. Her audience range from entry-level employees to senior management.
To ensure her participants’ learning is truly enhanced, Yong Hooi shares insightful, practical and how-to guidance to implement best practices that will bring about people development initiatives within the organization.
